In the unlikely event you feel we are not meeting the standards based on our mutual conversations and agreements (or indeed as outlined in a formal proposal), Safetycare agree to diligently address any aspect of the service received to your satisfaction. 

If correcting the issue is not possible, Safetycare will happily refund the service amount relating to the specific issue.

To save on project time, Safetycare are happy to utilise any existing programme resources you have, whether they were generated in-house or by a former consultant. Safetycare will also use comprehensive templates to accelerate our service to you, saving time by eliminating the need to start from scratch on each project.
